About Contemporary Christian Ministries
Church, wherever you are — who we are, what we believe, and the story behind our name and logo.
A Specialized Ministry, Rooted in Community of Christ.
Contemporary Christian Ministries welcomes all people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. As a specialized ministry of Community of Christ, we gather people online from anywhere in the world — offering a community shaped by peace, justice, and grace for all, the heart of our Community of Christ faith.
Unlike a single, geographic congregation, CCM exists for anyone, anywhere — online worship, fellowship, and prayer without walls or a home address. We do share deep roots with Tulsa Contemporary Christian Ministries, whose Sunday services we simulcast, but CCM itself is a specialized, non-geographic ministry in its own right.
No matter your background, questions, or season of life, there is a place for you here.

Our Mission Prayer
God, where will your Spirit lead today?
Help me be fully awake and ready to respond.
Grant me courage to risk something new
and become a blessing of your love and peace.
Amen
Hands and a Heart.
Our logo carries real meaning for this community — and it deserves an accurate explanation, agreed on by the team, rather than a guess. This section is a placeholder until that language is settled. Send over the story behind the hands and heart whenever it’s ready, and it goes right here.
